The most rewarding part of my work is watching someone become aware of their ability to change in a way they previously did not think possible. Depression, anxiety, substance abuse, trauma, and difficult life circumstances can make us feel we are incapable of overcoming challenges and creating the life we want. Emotional dysregulation can prevent us from reaching our full potential.

The process of discovering your true self and creating the life you want can be challenging. But, it is possible! I understand that it requires trust, empathy, and honest feedback. My goal is to establish a strong therapeutic alliance with my clients and empower them in their journey towards personal growth and transformation.

I earned a Doctor of Behavioral Health (DBH) degree from Arizona State University and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) specializing in the treatment of adults (18+) facing challenges such as trauma, emotional dysregulation, suicidal thoughts, self-harm, mood disorders, personality disorders, and other behavioral health concerns.

I am deeply committed to providing evidence-based care and have undergone extensive training in behavioral health interventions and assessments. Additionally, I hold a certification in integrated psychedelic therapy from the Integrative Psychiatry Institute (IPI), and have assisted many clients undergoing Ketamine therapy.

Beyond my general practice, I also serve as a behavioral health consultant specializing in supporting women living with autoimmune disease. My approach focuses on utilizing nervous system regulation techniques and trauma-informed therapy to help manage and overcome symptoms. I am currently authoring a comprehensive book that delves into the intricate connection between autoimmune disease and chronic trauma, drawing upon extensive research and analysis.
